Welcome to Creativ3DX. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, creativ3dx.com, and any purchases made through our online store. Creativ3DX is operated by The Reignor Group LLC. By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Products
Creativ3DX manufactures and sells 3D-printed physical products and accessories, including drink holders, gaming accessories, organizers, stands, and other functional or decorative items.
Because our products are manufactured using 3D-printing technology, minor variations may occur between products. These may include visible layer lines, small surface variations, slight differences in texture, or minor color differences between batches of filament.
These characteristics are a normal part of the 3D-printing manufacturing process and are not necessarily considered defects.
Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
2. Product Compatibility and Dimensions
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product dimensions and compatibility information.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, compatibility information, and other specifications before purchasing.
References to specific product sizes, beverage can sizes, gaming systems, controllers, devices, or other products are provided for compatibility purposes only unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
Suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability problems, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or errors in product information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on Creativ3DX.com are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and accepted.
Promotional discounts, coupons, and special offers may be subject to additional restrictions or expiration dates.
5. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout based on factors such as the customer’s delivery address, product taxability, and jurisdictions in which Creativ3DX is required to collect sales tax.
Sales tax may therefore vary depending on the customer’s location.
Where Creativ3DX is not required to collect sales tax, customers may be responsible for any applicable use tax or similar tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
6. Payment
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

7. Shipping

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is complete and accurate before submitting an order.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Creativ3DX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect customer addresses, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If tracking information shows an order as delivered but the customer cannot locate the package, the customer should contact the carrier and Creativ3DX as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.
Our current shipping rates and any free-shipping promotions are displayed during checkout.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because many Creativ3DX products may be manufactured specifically for an order, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after manufacturing or fulfillment has begun.
If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Products that are customized, personalized, made to specification, or manufactured specifically for a customer may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
Customers should contact us promptly if there is a problem with an order.
Where appropriate, we may request photographs or other information to help verify damage, manufacturing defects, or shipping issues.
Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Creativ3DX.

Customers should follow any care instructions provided on the product page, packaging, or product documentation.
3D-printed products may be sensitive to excessive heat, prolonged exposure to sunlight, dishwashers, microwaves, or other high-temperature environments depending on the material used.
Any product-specific care instructions shown on the applicable product listing take precedence over general recommendations.

The Creativ3DX name, original product designs, website content, photographs, graphics, text, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized reproductions of our proprietary content or original designs without permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, product names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
References to third-party brands or products for compatibility, descriptive, or informational purposes do not imply sponsorship, affiliation, authorization, or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
